You are Self-driven individual who takes ownership and responsibilities, thinking laterally outside the box adding values to the company. What are we looking for?
- Serve as a liaison between an organization’s management and its employees, consult with the managing director on strategic planning, and plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and direct the HR responsibilities of the FMCG vertical.
- Work in collaboration with talent management team, C&B team, and Learning and Development team to handle overall HR function of FMCG vertical.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor law, employment relations, wages and remuneration, health & safety, social security etc.
- Bachelor/Master degree with 10-12 years’ of experience of solely handling Human Resource with strong leadership, organizational skills, problem solving and conflict management skills, able to work under pressure, time management etc. (Preference would be given to those who has working experience in FMCG industry).
