Human Resources Society Nepal (HRSN) is a common professional platform of HR management professionals to share ideas, knowledge, experience, issues and collaborate with each other to strengthen HR business and practices. HRSN was established in the year 2013 and duly registered as per prevailing laws of Nepal.

Post: Office Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Handle communication and correspondence with members and external stakeholders
  • Support event coordination, including workshops, KSS and Seminars
  • Maintain and updated member database and records
  • Create engagement and build a strong HR community
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 3+ years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Passion for enhancing HR Practices
