Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or a related field with 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on corporate sales and marketing

OR

• Master’s Degree/MBA in marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or a related field with 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on corporate sales and marketing
• Should have better understanding of prevailing laws, regulations and directives related to Banking/Insurance sector and related field
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Nepali
• Personality with excellent interpersonal skill and computer knowledge
• Age not exceeding 40 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of corporate sales strategies aligned with IME Life’s growth objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fostering trust to ensure long-term partnerships
• Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding corporate sales targets through effective team management and refined sales processes
• Manage and mentor the corporate sales team, providing guidance to ensure high performance and continuous development
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine strategies accordingly
• Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to create comprehensive solutions for corporate clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring top-level service and tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs
• Demonstrate ability to manage high-level corporate relationships effectively
• Strong sales acumen with in -depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales management, and market analysis
• Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver creative, customized solutions
