- For Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager:
- Passed CA or ACCA / Post Graduation in any subject with at least 2 years work experience in Bank and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions at authorized level or Passed graduation level and at least 4 years working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions at authorized level Should be.

Nature of Work:
- The managerial category will be responsible for the financial institution’s overall financial transactions, business expansion, administrative work, institutional governance, staff management policy making and its implementation.
- Management trainees have to work in any department or branch office of the central office.
- Managerial category will be given permanent appointment with trial period as per rules of financial institution. Management trainees will be appointed for a trial period after the training period according to the rules of the financial institution.
