- For Managers, Master’s degree / ACCA level in any subject and at least 3 years working experience in Bank and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions at authorized level or Graduate level and at least 5 years working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions or Government or Semi-Government Institutions at authorized level or at least Must have passed CA and have working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions.
- For Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager, passed CA or ACCA / Post Graduation in any subject with at least 2 years of work experience in Bank and Financial Institutions or Govt or Semi-Government Institutions at Authorized Level or Graduate Level Passed in Banks and Financial Institutions or Govt or Semi-Government Institutions Must have worked at least 4 years at the level.
- Special preference will be given to those who have worked as head of department in finance department, monitoring and supervision department and internal audit department or have related experience.
- Age limit: For managerial category should be completed 21 years and not exceed 55 years (last date of application). (Five years will be added to the age limit in case of women)
- Nature of work: The managerial category will be responsible for the overall financial transactions of the financial institution, business expansion, administrative work, institutional governance, staff management policy making and its implementation. Also, according to the rules of the financial institution, the appointment will be given on a probationary basis.
- Type of Examination: There will be an oral interview.
