International Himalaya Hospitality and Hotel Ltd., an associate of the owning companies of Fairfield by Mariott Kathmandu and Kathmandu Mariott Hotel is seeking to recruit competent, candidate for the following position based in Kathmandu.

Accountant

• 5 Year’s experience
• BBA/BBS with experience

Assistant Accountant

• 2 years of working experience

Liaison Work

• BBA/BBS with experience
• Government, Semi-Government, Private Limited & Limited Company work (Company Secretary)

Site Engineer

• B.E (Civil Engineer)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction, repairs & maintenance, bill of quantity of building projects.

Supervisor

• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design or Construction Management.
• Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in supervising hotel interior projects.

Electrical Engineer (Hotel Projects)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in the hotel industry.
• Design, develop and maintain electrical systems for hotel projects.

Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Civil & Interiors

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil engineering or related field.
• Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in civil and interior projects.

Oversee all aspects of quantity surveying including cost estimation, rate analysis, budget/cost review and revision.
