1. Janakalyan Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (Dhading) is an ACCESS Silver Brand Saccos invites application from highly dynamic, pragmatic, committed and performance oriented Nepalese Citizen to lead as its Senior Manager. The Senior Manager shall responsible for the overall Loan Management of the Janakalyan Saccos.

Position: Senior Manager

Exam Module:

• Written examination 50marks, 
• Practical 20Marks (4 years Business plan presentation)
• Interview: 30Marks

Job Description:

• Supervision the functions of department heads, Service Center offices & provide guidance to them.
• Make the Loan recovery action plan & implimention those plan as per the target.
• Develop the Loan Management System (LMS) in Saccos.
• Monitoring Loan lending process & Recovery Management as per the janakalyan saccos strategic business plan.
• Policy & procedure Formation & updation for Saccos.
• Ensure that the Janakalyan saving and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd operates in compliance with good governance practice.
• The Senior Manager will be accountable /responsible to the CEO.

Job Specification (Qualification & Key competences):

• Education: At least second division in a Master degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Business Administration from any recognised university, or Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Experience: Proven knowledge of Cooperative Sector with an experience of at least 2 years in Officer Level in Financial Institution.
• Skill: Most have Motorcycle Driving license and well versed with MS Office tools, Financial Software like CBS operation and ability to use various financial models.
• Knowledge: Must have excellent knowledge of Co-Operative law & Directives, Loan Management System, Marketing Skills and strong desire for self-development.
• Proven knowledge and skill for Proposal writting, Strategic planning and implementation.
• Ability to work in a team from the leadership role.
• Ability to prepare policy & procedure in Co-operative Sector.
• Ability to complete tasks timely and independently with minimal work supervision.
• Strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and fullfil the co-operative business targets.
• Preferences shall be given to candidate having experience in Loan Department in Managerial Level in Financial Institution.And who having longterm working Desire.
• Language Proficiency:  English & Nepali both (Read, Write & speak)
• Personality: Output- driven, Solid Strategic Thinker, Analytical, Strong Negotiator, Member Centric.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable interest towards Co-operative products presentation, Loan Management, Financial Portfolio Management, Investment Planing, Strategy Making & Techno friendly.
• Selection Criteria: Shortlisted candidates will be required to give a written examination, PowerPoint presentation of the 4 years Business plan in line with their work experience, knowledge and motivation to the expert panel followed by final interviews session.

The Assistant(Loan) profile shall responsible for the overall Loan Management of the Janakalyan Saccos.

Position: Assistant (Loan) profile

Exam Module:

• Written examination : 50marks,
• Practical : 20 Marks 
• Interview: 30Marks

Job Description:

• To add new share members and to expand the loan portfolio.
• Data entry & updates regularly at Core Banking Solutions (CBS) software & Loan Management System (LMS) Software.
• To perform regularly on loan transaction initial work & updates the Loan file.
• Taking the Loan interview & provide the financial Counselling to the members.
• Ensure the real cash flow of members and proceed the loan file to Senior authorities.
• Income source must be disclosed according to the AML policy of Institution.
• Provide the information to the concerned members regarding Loan payment in a timely manner.
• Loan follow up regularly and updates at CBS & LMS Software.
• Field visit for Loan supervision & Recovery.
• In order to encourage members to monthly saving regularly, to encourage members to save regularly by filling up the Standing Instruction Form.
• Share certificate issued to the members as per the requirements.
• Contribute to the achievement of the organization’s goals.
• Follow the instructions given by the head of the organization honestly.
• Ensure that the Janakalyan saving and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd operates in compliance with good governance practice.
• The Assistant (Loan) will be accountable /responsible to the CEO.
