Job Vacancy Post:
Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills in both English and Nepali? 1. Assistant Director of Engineering:
- Qualifications: University degree/diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management.
- Experience: Minimum two years’ experience as Assistant Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer in a larger international hotel.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities: Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
2. Director of Sales & Marketing:
- Qualifications: University degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as Director of Marketing & Sales, with six or more years of progressive hotel sales experience.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge of luxury/leisure and social business markets, both traditional and digital marketing, and strategic planning.
- Personal Qualities: Results-driven, energetic, and service-oriented.
3. Chef De Partie – Halwaii:
- Qualifications: Kitchen Production or Management qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or upscale restaurant, ideally with luxury international brand experience.
- Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Indian sweets/confectionery, maintain kitchen sanitation, manage inventory, and uphold high personal grooming standards.
