Health Nutrition Education and Agriculture Research Development Nepal (HEARD Nepal) invites you to join us in our mission to deliver enhanced healthcare services to our community. Ranked among the top Non-Governmental Organizations in Nepal, HEARD Nepal is seeking qualified candidates to become part of our roster for an upcoming project that focuses on family planning and maternal care.

Project Overview:
Our upcoming project aims to provide comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive healthcare support, focusing on family planning and maternal care. To achieve this, we are assembling a dedicated team of professionals highly trained in Intrauterine Contraceptive Device (IUCD) insertion, implant, safe abortion, Family planning, and safe birth assistance.
Roster Details:
- Field Medical Officer (FMO) – 2 (Bagamati and Madhesh Province):
- Qualification: MBBS, MDGP Doctors
- Competences: Specialized training in IUCD, Implant, and SBA.
- Field Program Office – 4 (Bagamati and Madhesh Province):
- Qualification: Master’s degree with BN/BSc. Nursing or PLC Nursing
- Competences: Training in IUCD insertion, Implantation, safe abortion, and SBA.
- Sr. Admin and Finance Officer – 1 (Bagamati and Madhesh Province):
- Qualification: University degree in business, financial management (MBA or BBA or other relevant discipline)
- Competences: Experience in Accounting, Finance, Administration, and Grant Management functions, proficiency in accounting software, knowledge of award and contract regulations, international context experience, and language skills.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be assessed based on qualifications, experience, and dedication to the project’s mission, with a focus on candidates holding MN or BN degrees with IUCD, Implant, and SBA training.
Project Timeline:
The project is set to begin soon and will run for an initial duration of 1 year. Successful candidates will commit to the entire project duration.
