We are currently seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our finance team as Finance Head and Junior Accountant. POSITION 1: FINANCE HEAD

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the company, specifically tailored for the to industry.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the company’s financial

health and growth.

• Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations within the auto
• Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
• Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct financial analysis and present recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the auto

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role within the auto industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulations within the auto industry.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office..

POSITION 2: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

• Assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records specific to the auto
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and
• Assist in reconciling accounts related to vehicle sales, inventory, and parts, resolving any
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports tailored for the auto
• Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures within the auto industry.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends specific to the auto industry.
• Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an intern or entry-level accountant within the auto industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
