The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security (Prime Minister Employment Program) requires technical assistant 1 (one) post for employment service center operated in Kageshwari Manohara municipality through open competition. Interested Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications apply within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. It is requested to apply to this office along with the details and receipt of payment of tax.

- Qualifications and Experience:
- Passed at least Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- At least 18 years of age and not exceeding 44 years of age on the last date of application
- At least 3 months training in basic computer skills.
- To prepare project cost estimates, supervision and final cost statement for construction and maintenance of infrastructure
- Able to analyze, work across teams to achieve project goals and outcomes/relationships
- Those who have at least 6 months of experience with related skills will be considered.
- Application Fee: Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only)
- Mode of Selection:- Publication of list of Shortlist and written test and practical test.
