Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a leading national-level financial institution with a distinguished “D” category license from the Nepal Rastra Bank Ltd., is seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We are calling for applications from eligible Nepali citizens who are passionate about transforming the banking sector and want to drive excellence in a leadership role.

• Eligibility Criteria
  • A Master’s degree in fields like Chartered Accountancy, People Management, Banking, Financial Monetary Economics, Commerce, Science, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration or Law from a recognized educational institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial institutions in a managerial role or having passed graduation level in Bank.
  • Applicants with experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DECO) in a microfinance financial institution will be given special preference.
  • Applicant’s age must be at least 40 years but not more than 60 years old by the last date of application submission.
