Karmachari Sanchayakosh (Employees Provident Fund) Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Since the following vacant posts in this fund have to be permanently filled through open competition as agreed by the Public Service Commission, online applications are invited from eligible Nepalese citizens from 2080/02/03. Interested applicants who have met the prescribed qualifications are not specified in the notification complete the process and fill the online application form.

Karmachari Sanchayakosh New Vacancy Type of Examination:
Written test for Chief Assistant post, computer skill test and interview and written test and interview for all other posts.
Minimum educational qualification required
For the post of Manager (Information Technology) (Professor): Graduate degree in computer science or information technology or computer engineering from a recognized educational institution and post graduate degree in information technology related subject and official level or so in an organized organization established under any government service or law 5 years of working experience in the same position
For Deputy Manager (P.) Post: Master’s degree in management faculty from a recognized educational institution or master’s degree in economics under the humanities faculty or equivalent and 5 years experience of working in an officer level position in any government service or organized organization established according to prevailing laws.
For the post of Deputy Manager (P.): Obtained Chartered Accountancy degree from a recognized teaching/institution and passed master’s degree in any subject and established in any government service or applicable law.
Having gained 5 years of working experience in an officer level position in an organized organization.
For the post of Deputy Manager (Finance Analyst): Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance under the Faculty of Management from a recognized teaching/institution or in Economics under the Faculty of Humanities and in an officer level position in any government service or an organized organization established according to prevailing laws 5. Years of working experience.
For the post of Assistant Manager (Q.): Master’s Degree in Management Faculty from a recognized teaching/institution or Master’s Degree in Economics from a Humanities Faculty or its equivalent degree.
Assistant Manager. Q.) For Law Posts: Graduate or equivalent degree in Law from a recognized teaching/institution.
Assistant Manager.Professor) For System Posts: Graduate or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering from a recognized teaching/institution.
For the post of Assistant Manager (Pa.) Computer Engineer: Graduate or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Electronic and Communication Engineering from a recognized teaching/institution.
For the post of Assistant Manager (Prof.) Civil Engineer: Civil Engineering from a recognized teaching/institution Graduate or equivalent degree.
For the post of Principal Assistant (Q.): Graduate in Management from a recognized teaching/institution or Bachelor’s degree in Economics under Faculty of Humanities or equivalent.

Age limit:
At the fifth level or below, completed eighteen years of age and not exceeding thirty five years of age by the last date of application. But in the case of women and disabled persons not exceeding forty years

7th level or above where work experience is required and not more than 21 years of age and not more than 45 years of age by the last date of application.
There is no age limit in case of permanent employees of Wahalwal Fund
Trial Period:
According to the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund, Employee Service Conditions Regulations, Rule 32 of 2078

Procedure for submission of application form and application fee:

The candidate will have to upload only one copy of the required educational certificates of the prescribed minimum qualifications The serving employee has to seek departmental approval of the agency/organization he/she is serving If the online form is filled with false details, the candidate will be responsible for it.
Application Fee:

Equivalency determination certificate: Candidates applying for the above mentioned positions, if they have acquired educational qualifications from countries other than Nepal, must upload a scan copy of the equivalency determination certificate from Tribhuvan University along with it. Also, the candidates themselves will have to take responsibility for the submitted educational qualification certificates
In the case of employees who have entered the permanent service of the fund, the minimum educational qualification required will be in accordance with the provisions of Rule 13 of Employee Provident Fund, Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2078.
