We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires and Front Desk Associate.

1. Job Post: Front Desk Associate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
- Pleasant personality
- The candidate must be well acquainted with new technology and gadget
- Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexible and understanding the priorities of work
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer, etc)
Job Responsibilities
- Update directories of names, addresses, phone, emails, and other relevant information about the Chairman and Executive Director’s business, social, and family contacts.
- Fix appointments and meetings for the Chairman and Executive Director and keep them updated with the timings and places of meetings.
- Manage the daily calendar and annual calendar of main events and meetings of the Chairman and Executive Director
- Arrange for participation in business meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, fairs, etc.
- Travel arrangements that include Ticketing, hotel booking, passport and visa process, currency exchange, Travel Insurance, etc. for the Chairman and Executive Director and their guests
- Update the frequent flyer program of the Chairman and Executive Director and process for new ones when required
- Keep a record of incoming and outgoing letters and documents
- Maintain files and records of the Chairman and Executive Director safely and systematically on a daily basis
- Entertain phone calls on behalf of the Chairman and Executive Director
- Communicate and flow information on behalf of the Chairman and Executive Director
- Liaison with Bank for Visa, Master, and other Bank cards of the Chairman and Executive Director for renewal or any issues
- Oversee the workstations’ cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance and ensure that all office equipment is maintained in proper working order.
- Maintain purchase and consumption records of stationery items. Keep a check on pricing and quality, and exercise control on usage to avoid wastage.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority as required by the nature of the job role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- 3-year experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Ability to design competitive compensation packages
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Strong command over oral & written English and Nepali
- Ability to manage time and multitask ability
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of local labor law
Job Responsibilities
- Build and report hiring plans and strategies
- Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individual.
- Developing and administering skills alignment exercises to further shorten the list of suitable candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of candidates
- Extending a job offer to each prospective employee.
- Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
- Overseeing incumbents’ onboarding processes.
