KIRDARC Nepal is leading the “USAID Education: Equity and Inclusion” project across all districts of Karnali Province. We are seeking motivated candidates to fill various positions that can make a meaningful impact. Explore these opportunities below:

Position: Knowledge Management Officer

• Number: 1 (One)
• Base Location: Surkhet
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communication and Development, Management, Statistics, or a relevant field
• Role/Experience: Master’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in education projects in Nepal.

Position: Information Management Officer

• Number: 1 (One)
• Base Location: Surkhet
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, Statistics, or a relevant field
• Role/Experience: Master’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in education projects in Nepal.

Position: Finance and Operation Coordinator

• Number: 1 (One)
• Base Location: Surkhet
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Role/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years’ experience and Master’s degree with 5 years

Position: MEAL Coordinator

• Number: 1 (One)
• Base Location: Surkhet
• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Education, Development Studies, Management, Statistics, or a relevant field.
• Role/Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in education projects in Nepal. Experience managing USAID-funded projects is a plus.

Position: Project Manager

• Number: 1 (One)
• Base Location: Surkhet
• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Education
• Role/Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience as an education-related thematic expert or in the management of education-related projects/programs in Nepal.

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

• Number: 1 (One)
• Base Location: Surkhet
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, Gender & Development, Management, Statistics, or any relevant field
• Role/Experience: Master’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management in similar roles of authority, preferably education projects in Nepal
