Koshi Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog: advertisement for Open and Inclusive Competitive Written Examination for the posts of Technical/Non-Technical Assistant Level 4 under Koshi Province Public Service Commission and Local Government Service.
As the posts in the following services, groups, subgroups and levels under Koshi Province Civil Service and Local Government Service are to be filled through Competitive Examination (Open and Inclusive), applications are invited from candidates fulfilling the following qualifications.

How to Apply
- Candidates fulfilling the prescribed minimum qualifications are required to apply through the Commission’s online application system, psconline.p1.gov.np.
- The last date for submission of applications: 2081/11/18 and the double fee is up to 2081/11/25.
- Place and method of payment of application fee: The application fee can be paid electronically through the Commission’s online application system or by printing a bank voucher with Master ID and transaction reference number and in cash from the designated bank.
- Application Fee Submission Period: The prescribed examination fee or double fee should be submitted by 2081/11/26.
- Application Mode: Applications should be submitted online only for all the posts advertised in open and inclusive categories. Detailed details regarding the method/method of submitting online applications can be found at psconline.p1.gov.np.
- Age Limit of the Candidate: As on 2081/11/18, 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years and not exceeding 40 years in case of female and disabled candidates. In case of health services, 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years. There will be no age limit for permanent employees of civil service, provincial civil service and local government services.
- Documents to be submitted: The candidate should upload the minimum educational qualification, training, experience, certificate of registration/renewal with the concerned professional council, inclusive group opening document, and one document specified in the applicable advertisement in PDF format at the designated place of the online application system. All candidates must scan both parts of their Nepali Citizenship Certificate and upload them in JPG format at the designated location.
- The candidate himself/herself shall be fully responsible and accountable for the details mentioned in the application. The pre-interview test schedule and the date and venue of the interview will be published after the results of the written test are published.
- Job Description: The work to be done in the post is as specified in the service group post.
- Salary: As specified.
