Shree Kumari Educational Trust, an organization working in the sector of education and health, is seeking candidates for the following positions at Shree Kumari Primary School located in Hasaura, Kawasoti 4, Nawalparasi. The school provides education and hostel facilities to poor, orphaned, and deprived children.

Post: Principal

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidates should have a minimum bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent, or a master’s degree in education.
  • Good knowledge of English and computer skills.
• Other Required Skills:
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate teachers, students, and other staff.
  • Advanced experience in education, preferably as a teacher, with expertise in improving student performance.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • A motivated spirit to serve poor, orphaned, and deprived children, with a good understanding of their feelings and child rights.
  • Knowledge of SOS Children’s Villages activities is preferred.
• Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, manage class schedules, approve curricula, promote teamwork, and ensure a safe school environment.
  • Implement policies, manage reports, introduce new ideas, and evaluate the educational process.
• Age: 30 to 48 years
• Salary: 35,000 – 60,000 Nepali Rupees
• Accommodation: Possibility to stay in the school’s hostel

Post: Mentor & Teaching Assistant

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in social study or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the social sector.
  • Good knowledge of English and computer skills.
• Other Required Skills:
  • Motivation to help poor, orphaned, and deprived children.
    Good communication skills.
  • Ability to assist teachers and the principal.
  • Ability to make progress reports and conduct home visits.
• Age: 30 to 40 years
• Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 Nepali Rupees
• Accommodation: Possibility to stay in the school’s hostel
