Laxmi Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LxLB), the microfinance subsidiary of Laxmi Bank Limited (a commercial bank of Nepal), is a national level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rashtra Bank, the Central Bank of Nepal. It is the first microfinance institution registered as a subsidiary of a commercial bank in Nepal.

Registered as a limited company on 30 November 2010, Laxmi Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited received an operating license from the Central Bank on 6 March 2012 as a “D” class (national level) financial institution to operate under the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2003.
