Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LIC) Ltd.; a multinational, ISO certified and one of the leading Life Insurance Companies of Nepal is seeking dynamic. result-oriented and ambitious candidates for the post of Branch Head and Senior Associate – Sales.
1. Position: Branch Head (Equivalent to Junior Officer)
Number of Vacancies: 10
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent to Master’s Degree in Insurance, Management, Finance, Account, or Economics. Business Studies, Law, Mathematics, Statistics, or Chartered Accountancy.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing in the banking or Insurance sector.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Building and executing a plan for the achievement of sales target
- Enrollment of capable and excellent insurance agents, train and motivate them periodically
- Leading, developing, and mobilizing the entire sales team toward the achievement of the sales target of the branch
- Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction by eliminating procedural hassles.
- Any other matter as required by the Company.
2. Position: Senior Associates -Sales (Equivalent to Senior Assistant)
Number of Vacancies: 10
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance. Management, Finance, Account, Economics, Business Studies, Law, Statistics
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing in the banking or Insurance sector.
- Age not exceeding 26 years.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
Joh Description:
- Achievement of sales target
- Communication with agents regularly and mobilization them for sales growth.
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by eliminating procedural hassles
- Any other matter as required by the Company.

Selection Process:
Only Short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview. Preference shall be given to the candidates of respective provinces where there is a vacancy. All vacancies are for outside Kathmandu Valley only.
