Summary of Responsibilities:
The Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the operational department. This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth functioning of various processes and tasks. The Operations Assistant works closely with team members to streamline operations, maintain efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of Lincoln School.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university in a relevant field
- Experience in administration and/or operations
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Service and team mindset
Preferred Experience and Qualification:
- Experience working in an international organization in areas Mated to the position
- Master’s Degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
