This followed a directive from the honorable Supreme Court through writ number 078-WO-0660. The court ordered these positions to be filled as per legal provisions tailored for the inclusive group.

Despite prior discussions on the Civil Service Bill, 2080, with the Government of Nepal on 2080/5/4, the bill hasn’t reached the Federal Parliament. As a result, the annual commission schedule, aligned with Rule 63 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, faces delays. The filling of positions awaits clarity from the upcoming Federal Civil Service Act, guided by the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, under the Civil Service Act, 2049, ads are still rolling out for inclusive groups.
