Lumbini Pradesh Swasthya Mantralaya, Swasthya Nirdeshanalaya (Lumbini Provincial Government, Ministry of Health, Health Directorate), Rapti Valley, Deukhuri, Bhaluwang, Dang Notice Regarding Service Contract
As per the annual approved program of FY 081/82 of this Directorate, the following manpower must be recruited on a service contract to operate and expand the Community Nurse / Roaming Nurse service. Therefore, interested and qualified Nepali citizens are invited to submit applications in the prescribed format of the Provincial Public Service Commission, Lumbini Province, along with the original voucher of the revenue mentioned below, within 15 days from this notice’s publication date.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum required educational qualification: Completing the ANM course and possessing the registration/renewal certificate from the Nepal Nursing Council.
- Age: Must be at least 18 and not exceeding 45 years old.
- Not disqualified by prevailing laws.
Documents to be Attached with the Application:
- Personal details of the candidate, certified copies of educational qualifications, certified copies of Nepali citizenship certificate, certified copies of experience certificates, certified copies of registration with the relevant council as per prevailing Nepalese laws, recent passport-size photographs (2 copies), filled-in prescribed format of the Public Service Commission.
- For experience, appointment letter, contract agreement, job description, and leave letter/contract termination letter provided by the authorized institution must be submitted.
The type of Service is a program Contract. The Basis and Selection Process are shortlisting and Interviews. (Candidates on the shortlist will be selected for the interview.)

The Last Date to Submit an application is 15 days from the notice’s publication date. If the last day is a public holiday, applications can be submitted by 5 PM on the next business day.
Examination Fee: NPR 400 (four hundred) deposited in revenue title no. 14224 at Nepal Bank Ltd., Sisahaniya, with the original voucher submitted with the application.
Salary, Allowance, and Other Facilities: As per the agreement.
