Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, an ‘A’ Class Commercial Bank, invites highly motivated and results-oriented Nepalese Citizens to apply for job positions at its Corporate Office and various locations.

Job Positions (Required Numbers)

1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE LEVEL 

• Required No: 5 (Five)
• Job Detail:
  • Management Trainee is an entry-level position to be developed on a career path in the management cadre. This is an opportunity for those eager to learn and develop their career in IT. Upon completing a one-year training period, they will be eligible for confirmation at the Junior Officer Level.
• Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor of Computer Engineering from a recognized University.
• Other Requirements:
  • Age should not exceed 30 years (for male candidates) and 35 years (for female candidates) as of November 24, 2024.

2. TRAINEE ASSISTANT LEVEL

• Required No: 50 (Fifty)
• Job Detail:
  • The Trainee Assistant position is an entry-level role at the Junior Assistant level. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period. Upon successful completion, they will be eligible for confirmation in a Junior Assistant (JA) position if they hold a Bachelor’s degree. Similarly, candidates with a Master’s degree will be eligible for confirmation in the Assistant position. Candidates will work in various functions at the Corporate Office, Province Offices, and branch locations inside and outside the valley.
• Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ management/ economics/ legal/IT/ Statistics or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Other Requirements:
  • Age should not exceed 30 years (for male candidates) and 35 years (for female candidates) as of November 24, 2024.

Applications without disclosure of age and marks/percentage for each level of Degree from SLC/Equivalent onwards shall be disqualified.

All candidates are expected to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. For the positions mentioned above, candidates are expected to have a smart personality, a pleasant and cheerful nature, excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to excel, and a positive attitude.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for a written examination. The Bank reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. Selected candidates may be hired gradually based on the Bank’s needs within one year of the publication of the results.
