1.Fianance Manager

Hotel Chitwan Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chitwan

What are we looking for?

Provide the Owners, General Manager, and other management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data. Responsible for managing the audit function in hotel to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
To ensure all the Company policies and procedures are implemented properly, communicated to all staff, monitored regularly, adhered too in all instances and rolled out to any new employee.
Submission of a monthly Financial Manager’s report summarizing the performance of the businesses under your control, which includes a P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow, focus areas for the next month, control weakness and corrective actions.
Overseeing and control of the purchasing department ensuring the right item is purchased at the most competitive price.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts with minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality Background with ability to effectively manage and motivate a team and make relevant decisions relating to financial matters.

2.Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
