- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a microfinance financial institution or proficiency certificate with 3 years of experience as a Branch Head.

- Qualifications: SLC/SEE or equivalent with 1 year of experience in a microfinance financial institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a proficiency certificate or Plus Two and those willing to work in rural areas.
