We Invite an application for the below mentioned positions for different locations of the country:
Sr. Service Engineer
Location: Dang, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadi, Birtamode, Janakpur, Itahari, Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customer on machine maintenance and performance.
- Attend & restore the machines in shortest possible time
- Plan visit to machines in field and report it in SVR
- Promote workshop services, extended warranty, AMC, JCB Genuine Parts, JCB Lubricants and JCB Attachments
- Recommend parts & tools availability at assigned branch
- Submit daily visit report & effective usage of Service App
Requirement:
- Should have completed Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- 7-10 years of prior experiences in Heavy Equipment / Commercial Vehicle
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Should have valid driving license
