1. Candidates Qualification:
a) Must be a Nepali citizen.
b) Minimum Qualification: The candidates for the above mentioned posts must be from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal or concerned group as per Schedule 6 of Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055 on matters related to University and must have completed the prescribed qualification for the posts in the subgroup. For Community Medicine M.D. in related subject from a recognized university. Or equivalent.
c) Equivalency certificate must be presented to those studying in foreign educational institutions.
d) Age Limit: Must have completed minimum 21 years for authorized level.
e) Related health related professional council must have been registered and renewed.
f) The letter of recommendation should have been submitted to the concerned local authority for permanent settlement.
g) Inclusiveness (Women, Tribal Tribes, Madhesi, Backward Regions, Dalits) mandatory details related to Openly certified documents will have to be presented.
h) It is mandatory for the person with disability to present certified documents to the person with disability.
i) Should not be disqualified by the prevailing law.
2. Application Procedure
- Eligible candidates who have qualified can fill the application form in this ministry and then file it.

3. Documents to be attached with the application form:
- Passport size photograph in the prescribed place
- Personal details of candidates, copy of all certificates from SLC to minimum educational qualification, related
- Copy of the certificate of registration in council, certified copy of experience and copy of certificate of Nepalese citizenship
- Must be submitted along with the application. The candidate should have certified that all the documents are correct as per original.
4. Selection process:
- “Procedure for selection of Technical Manpower Service Agreement, 2076 (Amendment) approved by the State Government of Karnali

5. Service facility:
- Selected doctors and health workers can be sent to any hospital, health service office in Karnali state.
- Remuneration and terms of service will be as per the rules of Karnali Pradesh Government.
- If a recommendation has come for filling up a post from the Public Service Commission, or if a permanent employee has been appointed, or if other arrangements are made, such The doctors and health workers appointed by contract service can be removed at any time.
- No fee will be charged for the application.
