Under the USAID civil society and communication program run in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development and The Asia Foundation, the “Rights and Issues of Free Communities” are being implemented in Lamhi Municipality and Garhwa Rural Municipality of Dang District, Raptisonari Rural Municipality of Banke District, Kohalpur Municipality and Barbardia Municipality of Bardia District. Evidence-Based Advocacy” program requires staff.

Therefore, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice for the first time, interested Nepali citizens are advised to send an application by email along with an updated personal statement (CV) with photo and copies of all documents including citizenship, educational certificate, experience etc.

1. Program Coordinator (1 person)

Educational qualification and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in related work.
• Having knowledge about Project Cycle and Project Planning.
• Having knowledge about human rights, women’s rights, tribal women’s rights and labor and able to coordinate and collaborate with relevant agencies.
• Able to prepare reports in both Nepali and English languages ​​as well as prepare monitoring, evaluation, statistical analysis, planning and success stories.
• Able to conduct and facilitate district and field level orientation workshops and trainings
• Knowledge of local language, staff mobilization, advocacy and policy, planning facilitation and two-wheeler. Having a permit to drive the vehicle.

2. Accounts Officer (1 Person)

Educational qualification and experience

• Graduation from Accounting Management Faculty or equivalent and 2 years work experience.
• Proficiency in accounting documentation, double accounting system, accounting report writing and accounting software.
• Competency and administrative knowledge related to office management, accounting monitoring and evaluation.

3. Field Associate (1 person)

Educational qualification and experience

• Passed 10+2 in Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and studying for graduation.
• Able to work in diverse and diverse societies.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with local stakeholders.
