Position: Sales & Marketing (Sr. Assistant/Supervisor/ Officer)
Location: Itahari, Bardibas, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Palung-Makwanpur, Kavre, Butwal, Dang and Dhangadhi
Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in management/marketing/agriculture and related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years of proven experience in agriculture products sales & marketing.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline.
Required Competency
- Knowledge of overall agriculture sector, excellent marketing and negotiation skills, having skill of building relations with national level Government body, non-Government organization, partner company/organization, cooperatives and other associated entities, having skill of Network development from production level, dealer, distributors to farmers, experience in supply chain management etc.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with experience in agricultural product and service marketing shall be given preference.
- Candidates must have own two-wheeler and its license.
