Muktinath Livestock Bank Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Muktinath Krishi Company. This company’s primary goal is to support farmers in enhancing the productivity and quality of animals involved in milk, fish, meat production, and more by providing them with consultancy services to improve animal feeding patterns. Furthermore, another key objective is to promote local-level livestock production by utilizing modern technology to process, package, and store products in a hygienic manner, all under the guidance of livestock export.
Muktinath Livestock Bank is currently in the process of establishing a slaughterhouse in Butwal in collaboration with the Butwal sub-metropolitan authority. To facilitate the operation of this slaughterhouse, we ore actively seeking dynamic, result-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate candidates to join our team.
1. Operation Head – Modern Slaughterhouse
- Required number: 1
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Master degree in Slaughterhouse Operation and Management, Veterinary Science, MBA or a closely related field. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience relevant to Slaughterhouse Operations and/or the meat industry or food & other industry is highly desirable.
2. Manager – Marketing
- Required number: 1
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA, Agri- Business or a closely related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience relevant to the meat industry highly desirable.
3. Sourcing Officer
- Required number: 1
- Academic Qualification & Experience: A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in animal science, agri-business, management or relevant field with 3-4 years of experience in the meal industry or food & other industry. Master’s degree in mentioned filled with 2 years of experience in the sourcing/procurement.
4. Officer – Marketing
- Required number: 1
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field with Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in agricultural product sales and marketing.
5. Officer – Admin & Account
- Required number: 1
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor degree in management or a related with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in related field.
6. Support- Outlet Operations
- Required number: 1
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Literate (minimum) with Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a meat shop or similar business.
7. Driver
- Required number: 2
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Minimum SEE passed with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in driving and a license in category A & B, or C (Motorcycle, Car, Jeep, Van, Mini-Truck, etc.)
8. Messenger cum Guard
- Required number: Families
- Academic Qualification & Experience: Ability to read and understand written messages.
