NAXA New Vacancy 2080 for Admin and Operations Associate, Mid-Level Mobile App Developer, MEAL Officer, Business Development Associate (Disaster Tech and E-governance), Quality Analyst

1. Admin and Operations Associate 

Naxa is looking for a highly motivated and focused Admin and Operations Associate to join our team. If you are an experienced, results-driven individual with a passion for empowering Nepali youth led companies like Naxa that are leveraging digital technologies for social good, we highly encourage you to apply. We are seeking an individual who delivers results without needing to be micromanaged.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  BBS or BBA with at least 1-year experience or a bachelor’s degree in a similar field also with experience in the finance field.
•  Experience in handling the finance and administration of a for profit tech company including development of project proposals, handling day to day operations , projects tracking and also monitoring of field activities.
•  Experience in participating in tender development and procurement processes of the Government of Nepal.
•  Prior experience of using the tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, mobile and communication tools like Slack, Discord, ClickUp, and others.

Required Soft Skills

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects under time constraints.
• Can work well within team dynamics.

Salary: The salary range will be between NPR 20k to 40k.

2. Mid-Level Mobile App Developer 

Naxa is looking for a highly motivated and focused Mid-Level Mobile App Developer to join our team. We are seeking an individual who delivers results without needing to be micromanaged.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related course
• At least 2-3 years experience working as a full-time mobile developer

Required Skills

• Good Knowledge of OOPS concepts, and design patterns
•  Experience with Flutter and Dart programming language
• Experience with RESTful web services and parsing JSON/XML
•  Experience building software for mobile solutions, Android using Kotlin/java/flutter.
•  Experience working with a version control such as Git
•  Experience with Firebase
•  Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Experience in Location Services, Maps, and other common iOS/ Android libraries(Flutter / Kotlin / Java)
•  Experience on state management e.g. Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.
•  Solid understanding of application architecture and principles i.e. MVP, MVC, etc.

Skills Preferred

• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Knowledge in unit & smoke testing
•  Knowledge of creating plugins
• Knowledge of publishing apps to Play Store & App Store
• Proficient in understanding of CI/CD pipeline

3. MEAL Officer

Naxa is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an MEAL Officer. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our primarily responsible for establishing and overseeing a functional MEAL system for the project. The individual should possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and a drive to work with a tech company that focuses on social good projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, International Development, Statistics, or a related discipline).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning within the context of development or disaster preparedness projects.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis software.
•  Strong Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools and techniques.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.
•  Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
•  Familiarity with disaster risk reduction and early warning systems is a plus.

• Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.

Business Development:

• Generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and build relationships to promote our disaster risk and e-governance solutions.
•  Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and partners.

Partnership Building:

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Proposal Development:
