Nepal Eye Program, TIO Vacancy 2024 for Various Positions

Nepal Eye Program (NEP), Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for following position:

Senior Ophthalmologist

Number of requirements: 3
Level: 9
Work Station: KTCH Bhaktapur-1, HCEH Hetauda-1, NTCEH Nijgadh-1
Modes of Hiring: Time Bound;

Minimum requirements:

• MD/MS equivalent with five years’ experience after MBBS from recognized institution.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have done Anterior Segment fellowhip.
• Registered with Nepal Medical Council and sub-specialty registration for practicing Ophthalmology is mandatory.

Senior Officer – Biomedical Engineering

Number of requirements: 1
Level: 7
Work Station: NEP/TIO
Modes of Hiring: Time Bound

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering
• Good interpersonal skill and willingness to work in additional and flexible time.

Jr. Assistant – Design and Development Technician

Number of requirements: 1
Level: 4
Work Station: FHIOL Laboratory
Modes of Hiring: Time Bound;

Minimum requirements:

• Intermediate or 10+2 level
• Basic computer skills in MS Office and a science background are preferred.
• Good interpersonal skill and willingness to work in additional and flexible time.
