IT Consultant Required for NMC-Coop: Areas of Service and RequirementsNepal Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Ltd. (NMC-Coop) is inviting quotations from IT firms or companies for an IT consultant to provide various services related to Debit/Credit Card services, risk mitigation, online document management, cloud computing, IT audit, and more.

Nepal Multipurpose Cooperative Job Vacancy Areas of Service:

The IT consultant is expected to provide the following services:

Consultation on identification of possible risks associated with using debit and credit cards.
Consulting on risk mitigation while doing online business.
Effective implementation of an online document management system.
Effectively plan and manage Cloud Computing & Storage Management.
Establishing internal relationships between the software used by the organization.
Preparation of safety procedures, mitigation of data loss due to natural disasters or other causes And consultation related to the implementation process.
IT Audit Consulting.
Consulting for measuring the capacity of the technology being used by the organization and preparing the plan.
Consultation on protecting against risks that may come with network expansion between business units of an organization and to consult on plan preparation and implementation.

Nepal Multipurpose Cooperative Job Vacancy Requirements:

To submit the proposal, the IT Consultant company needs to provide a clear technical and financial proposal with minimum consultation, terms & conditions, and other disclosed topics. The minimum consultancy fee will vary based on Consultation period, renewal fee, and other requirements. The company profile, work experience, ISO certification, and a list of companies currently providing consultant services recognized by the official body, if any, should be submitted.

The seller company’s tax payment certificate of 2078/079, business registration, and a copy of the renewal document should also be attached while submitting the quotation. The quotation letter can be sent to the company’s corporate office at Mechinagar-6 Kankarvitta or via email at corporatenmc@nmc.coop.np. There may be a need for interaction (physically or online) with the company and organization sending the quotation letter at the first stage.

The last date for submission of quotations is Friday 15th Baisakh 2080 during office hours.
