Nepal Rastra Bank, based at its central office, is seeking qualified applicants to form a management team for the Super Microfinance Financial Institution Limited, located in Tulsipur, Dang. Required: 1 (One)

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Chartered Accountancy, Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary Economics, Commerce, Accountancy, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, or Law. Five years of work experience in banking and finance is a prerequisite.

2. Post: Member

Required: 1 (One)

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a field like Chartered Accountancy, Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary Economics, Commerce, Accountancy, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration, with three years of experience in banking and finance or accounting-related work.

Additional Details:

• Service Period: One year, with the possibility of renewal for up to two 6-month periods, based on necessity and progress.

• Remuneration: Rs.1,90,000/- for the coordinator and Rs.1,50,000/- for the member (tax inclusive), with a one-month salary bonus for Dashain expenses. No additional allowances.
