- Prior experience in the microfinance sector will be an advantage.
Age Limit:
- For Management Level: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 58 years.
- For Officer Level: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years.
- For Assistant Level: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years.
- The upper age limit for female candidates will be increased by 5 years.
Type of Examination:
Only shortlisted candidates from the duly received applications will be contacted for an interview. All rights and decisions related to employee selection are vested with the financial institution. The microfinance institution reserves the right to reject any or all applications without any reason.
Job Location:
- For departments, the central office is located in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.
- For state, sub-state, and branch offices, the location will be within the relevant state, sub-state, or branch office across the country.
