Lumanti Support Group for Shelter a non-government organization actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of low-income people in Nepal through the improved shelter is currently seeking applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the accountant based in Khairahani municipality, Chitwan.
Lumanti Support Group Job Vacancy Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, and documents, and manage administrative tasks in the field office.
- Release payment timely and update its status and process.
- Make budget forecasts periodically.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded, maintained, and updated.
- Monthly reconciliation of Bank statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports as required.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain financial files and records.
- Support the project teams, coordinate and communicate effectively for program implementation and maintain a proper financial management system.
- Maintain the records of stocks
- Provide logistics arrangements as required.
- Additional responsibilities can be added as per the requirement.
Lumanti Support Group Job Vacancy Qualifications
- +2 (intermediate) passed with accounting or equivalent.
- Skills on operating the Computer accounting applications.
- Experience candidates will be preferred.
