We’re currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Finance Manager role in Butwal.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in financial management (preferably in the NGO sector)
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software
Role Summary:
As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the overall financial management of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass proper accounting, donor and government reporting, budget preparation and control, monitoring and capacity building of project staff, statutory compliance, procurement, cost allocation, and control, among others.
This is a potential long-term role with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth within our organization. We are open to considering flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
