1. RESEARCH ANALYST
Number of requirements: 2
Department: Financial Research and Development
Position: Entry to Mid-level
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Business Studies/Management/Economics from a recognized Institution.
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in the Investment Banking Sector. Experience in Corporate Advisory and Private Equity/Venture Capital shall be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets, Financial Research and Analysis, Treasury Fund Management, Risk-Return Analysis, Financial Modelling and Valuation, Taxation, Accountancy, Management Accounting, and other Investment Banking activities
2. Merchant Banking
Number of requirements: 1 (One)
Department: Merchant Banking
Position: Mid-level
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration/Business Studies/Management/ Economics or possess professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFAfrom a recognized Institution.
- work experience of minimum 2 years in Merchant Banking and/or Capital Market.
- Through knowledge of overall Merchant Ranking functions in Nepal with hands on experience of managing Merchant Banking.
- Good Knowledge of Securities laws of Nepal.
- Able to maintain good relationship with regulators and clients.
- Confident in pitching and approaching for new businesses for Merchant Banking Department.
3. HR Assistant
Number of requirements: 1
Department: Human Resources
Position: Entry to Mid-level
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR.
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in HR. However, freshers with a great aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply.
- Assisting HR Manager in Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Training, HR Documentation, HR Software Operation, Employee Performance Appraisal, and other HR functions.
