NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a nationally-operating microfinance financial institution and subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank Limited, is expanding its team in Nepal. Holding a ‘D’ class license from Nepal Rastra Bank, NIC Asia Laghubitta operates in 74 districts through 287 branches, particularly focused on underserved rural areas. 1. Assistant Manager-Department Head (
Required: 3 Open Positions
- Location: Corporate Office Banepa, Kavre
- Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 5+ years experience in microfinance or related field
- Age limit: 21 to 40 years
2. Senior Officer/Officer-Monitoring Officer
Required: 8 Open Posts
- Location: Corporate Office Banepa, Kavre
- Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 3+ years experience in microfinance or related field

3. Senior Officer/Officer-COSPO
Required: 10 Open Positions

- Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 3+ years experience in microfinance or related field

4. Assistant Manager-COPO

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with driver’s licenses (motorcycle/scooter) and locals for branch head and trainee assistant roles.
