Introduction: NIMB ACE CAPITAL LIMITED is actively seeking Research Analysts to join our team. We have 3 openings for individuals who are passionate about investment banking and business development. This is an opportunity at the entry to mid-level, offering a platform to grow and excel in the finance industry.

Position: Research Analyst

Number of Openings: 3

Role Focus:

• Investment Banking
• Business Development

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Management/Economics/Finance from a recognized university.
• Alternatively, BBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics/Finance with 2-3 years of experience in Nepalese/International Capital Markets or Investment Banking firms in a similar role.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience or interest in equity research analysis.
• Thorough understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets Products, Banking Procedures, Financial Research and Analysis, Risk-Return Analysis, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other Investment Banking activities.
• Exposure in Financial Modeling, Financial Projection, Due Diligence, and Equity Research.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Nepali.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Smart personality.
• Positive attitude towards working under pressure.
• Professional integrity and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proactive and dynamic individuals with organizational loyalty and problem-solving skills are highly encouraged to apply.
