Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen and initiate dialogues with clients for corporate advisory services.
- Advise clients on regulatory, financial, operational and strategic management.
- Devise financial modeling for the valuation and business development planning.
- Conceptualize primary research methods keeping in mind the existing market trends.
- Contribute in equity and debt raising of the client companies/projects.
- Preparation of Investment Pitch decks, Investment reports and financial statements.

- Develop Investment Strategy for the scheme.
- Prepare trade tickets for approval, execute the approved deals and verify their implementation.
- Prepare investment memo and provide recommendation to enter and exit buy/sell position.

- Stay updated with the interest rates and liquidity position.
- Develop and maintain relationship with financial institutions to get the best possible rates.
- Develop, Manage the Operation and execution of scheme specific strategies.
