Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen and initiate dialogues with clients for corporate advisory services.
- Advise clients on regulatory, financial, operational and strategic management.
- Devise financial modeling for the valuation and business development planning.
- Conceptualize primary research methods keeping in mind the existing market trends.
- Contribute in equity and debt raising of the client companies/projects.
- Preparation of Investment Pitch decks, Investment reports and financial statements.
- Conduct extensive research of different sectors and explore business opportunities.

- Develop Investment Strategy for the scheme.
- Prepare trade tickets for approval, execute the approved deals and verify their implementation.
- Prepare investment memo and provide recommendation to enter and exit buy/sell position.
- Identify particular sector, companies for purchase/sell of securities for the scheme.
- Stay updated with the interest rates and liquidity position.
- Develop and maintain relationship with financial institutions to get the best possible rates.
- Develop, Manage the Operation and execution of scheme specific strategies.
- Manage communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders of the scheme.
- Develop and maintain financial models, market monitoring systems and databases.

A. Human Resource Related
- Ensure proper record keeping of personal folders of staff members.

- Oversee staffs’ attendance, punctuality, dress code, leave details etc.
- Assist in recruitment process including screening, shortlisting of candidates.
- Assist in devising effective performance appraisal mechanism.

A. Daily Activities

- Coordinate with RTA for issues raised on holdings includes paper communication and others.
- Issue e-DIS upon execution of trade after obtaining approval.
