NNJS and LEECS Hiring: Organization Analysis Consultant
About the Organization:
Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh (NNJS), a renowned NGO dedicated to Eye Care, is seeking applications from qualified and interested Nepali candidates or organizations for Lahan Eye & Ear Care System (LEECS) to conduct an Organization’s Situation and Capacity Analysis. LEECS consists of two prominent hospitals, Sagarmatha Choudhary Eye Hospital in Lahan and Biratnagar Eye Hospital in Biratnagar, with an excellent international reputation, performing over 130,000 surgeries annually.
Post: Organization Analysis Consultant
Main Objective:
The primary objective of this study is to:
- Analyze the existing situation and capacity of LEECS, including structures, departments, functions, and human resources at all levels.
- Develop a strategy to address identified gaps following the analysis.
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in organization capacity assessment, reforms, structural development plans, or related areas in the last five years.
- A Master’s degree in organization management and Secretarial Practice or relevant field from recognized academic institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare/hospital working system.
