Notice of Call for Sealed Bids for Supply of Security Guards and Sanitation Staff- Agroforestry Polytechnic School
In the present matter, for this Agroforestry Multi-Technical School, Mathura Arghakhanchi, from the date of agreement in the financial year 2060/081, the following services are required for up to 1 year and to take the service contract. Since the contract has to be signed, from eligible and willing firms, organizations or companies licensed for that work Formal sealing has been called.
Required Manpower Details
- Security Guard: 3 persons
- Cleaning staff: 1 person
- Gardener: 1 person
- Office Assistant: 3 persons
- Required Service Period: 1 year from the date of initial contract (extendable if service is satisfactory)
- Sealing proposal form and further information regarding this can be obtained from Agroforestry Polytechnic School, Mathura Arghakhanchi.
- Documents related to the proposal: license renewed during office hours on the day the office opened from 03/04/2081, permanent accounting certificate of income tax, etc. Tax payment certificate of 079/080, M.A. Attested copy of tax/permanent account number registration certificate, proof of registration and regular contribution to social security fund and account no. 3050100006013001 Earnings Account Rs. 2,000/- can be purchased by submitting an application and attaching the bank receipt. The documents related to the proposal will be available for sale at the administration branch of this school within 5 o’clock on 18/03/2081.
- The purchased sealed proposal must be addressed to this school by 12:00 noon on 03/19/2061, the details of the work, the name and address of the proposer should be clearly disclosed, and the firm’s seal should be affixed and registered in this office.
- The validity period of the sealed offer will be 45 days from the date of opening of the offer.
- The registered seal proposal will be opened on 03/19/2081 at 2:00 PM in the name of the person giving the seal proposal or his representatives and representatives of the school. Even if the offeror or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the offer.
- If the last day of purchase, filing and opening of the sealed offer falls on a public holiday, the said activities will be done immediately after the holiday at the same time on the day when the school opens.
- The entire right to accept or cancel the sealed offer shall be vested in Agroforestry Polytechnic School, Mathura Arghakhanchi.
- Sealed proposal form purchased in the name of one firm cannot be filed in the name of another person or firm.
