We are on the lookout for dedicated and experienced professionals to join the management team of Nepal Share Markets and Finance Limited in Putlisadak, Kathmandu. Position: Coordinator
| Vacancies Available | 1 (One) |
| Educational Qualification | Applicants must hold a master’s degree in fields such as management, banking, finance, economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or law. |
| Experience | A minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking sector is required. |
| Age Limit | Candidates should be between 35 and 65 years of age as of the last date of application submission. |
Terms of Employment
| Contract Duration | The initial term of service is 1 year, with the possibility of renewal twice for 6 months each, based on performance and organizational needs. |
| Examination Type | Selection will be based on the presentation of an action plan and an interview. |
| Salary and Benefits | A monthly salary of Rs. 1,26,300 (taxes applicable as per rules) will be offered, along with a Dashain bonus equivalent to one month’s salary. No other allowances will be provided. Additionally, employees are entitled to up to 12 days of annual leave. |
