Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Notification for the Post of Managing Director of Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited, as there is a need to recommend an appointment to the post of Managing Director of Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited, this notice is published to invite applications from interested Nepali citizens with the following qualifications and experience. Position: Managing Director
- Age Requirement:Must be at least 35 years old and not exceed 58 years of age by the last date of application submission.
- Educational Qualifications:At least a master’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized educational institution.
- Work Experience:Must have 12 years of work experience, including experience in a managerial position at Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited or similar telecommunication service provider organizations, or organizations and bodies wholly or partially owned by the Government of Nepal. “Managerial position” refers to the tenth or higher level in hierarchical organizations and ranks above the gazetted first class in non-hierarchical organizations.
- Disqualification:The candidate should not be disqualified for appointment as per the (First Amendment) Guidelines, 2081 regarding appointment and service facilities.

- Qualification, experience, and personal details (Bio-data),
- Copy of educational qualification certificate (including equivalency certificate if obtained from a foreign institution),
- Copy of experience certificate (indicating the period for each level/category),
- Professional action plan of up to five thousand words prepared on A4 size paper in Nepali or English (typed, with the applicant’s name, surname, and address on the first page; no identifying marks or signs elsewhere; to be sealed in an envelope),
- One recent passport-sized photograph.

- Certification: Educational qualifications and work experience certificates must be certified by a notary public.
- Self-Declaration:Candidates must submit a prescribed self-declaration form regarding their qualifications.
- Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification.
- Place of Submission:Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Institute Coordination Branch, Singha Durbar.
- Selection Process: Based on the evaluation of the candidate’s professional work plan, presentation, educational qualifications, experience, and interview, recommendations will be made to the Ministry for appointment.
