The role

Donor Relationship and Reporting Officer sits in the Program team, managed by the Head of Program and Partnership. The position is fully responsible for managing contractual relationships with donor, sharing updates and information to key donors, ensuring donor contract management and compliance.

What we are looking for

The responsibility of the Donor Relationship and Reporting officer is to handle the entire contract management of the donor, provide timely reporting to donor and ensure program team are well aware of the compliance committed with the donor.
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, management or similar.
 At least three years of experience of working in contract management, donor reporting and/or donor compliances.
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver to often tight deadlines; self-motivated and target driven.
 Knowledge of donor contractual language build preferably from past experiences from institutional donors, and understanding of their rules and regulations (e.g., DFID, ECHO, OFDA, UN agencies, EU)
 Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (English)
 Ability to analyze questions and collect appropriate information to respond.
 Good administrative and numerical skills associated with budgets and attention to detail.
 Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and relationship skills.
 Demonstrated organizational awareness and understanding of knowledge management.
 Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to intermediate level.
