As an Organic Nepali Tea Company we are responsible to sell and deliver our customers authentic, top quality tea. Our Tea partners and farmers are from Illam. We are present in the market with 5 store outlets across Kathmandu and Pokhara.
Sales Representative/Customer Service
Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening and closing on stores.
- Maintaining neat and tidines
- Customer Service and Handling
- Sales
- Bookkeeping
- Tea Making (We will be providing a Chinese Tea making Training during the trials.)
- Responsiveness and Report
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Research Product and Market
Marketing, Customer Service and Sales , related field preferred. - Some experience in sales is preferable.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic Chinese preferable (Most of our customers are Chinese, followed by other countries.)
- Active, Team Comunication, Humble, Cheerful, Tactful and Management skills, with the ability to handle the clients.
- Able to use and clearly communicate on social media apps.
- Ability to abide by the rules.
- Work ethic
- Punctuality
Work Place and Hours
Location: Thamel, Kathmandu
Nature or work: Part Time (5 hrs a day)
