As a Part-time Science Teacher at SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Pokhara, you will play a vital role in providing quality education to students. We prioritize child safeguarding and advocate for the rights of children and young people, fostering a secure and friendly work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science with at least second division or equivalent
• Minimum three years of teaching experience in the relevant subject
• Proactive and efficient professionals with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
• Teacher training will be an added advantage
• Preference given to candidates with strong English proficiency

Responsibilities:

• As a Part-time Science Teacher, your key responsibility is to ensure comprehensive curriculum coverage and progression in your subject/grade area, catering to students with diverse learning abilities. You will create optimal learning opportunities to enhance students’ skills and meet course requirements.

Requirements:

• Nepali resident below 35 years of age
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
