Job Description:
- Set up office and recruit delivery agents.
- Receive parcels dispatched from the Kathmandu hub, record entries in the system, and allocate tasks to delivery agents.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and deposit the same in the bank
- Coordinate with transportation company to manage the return of orders.
- Efficiently oversee and run office operations.
- Onboarding of new riders
- Act as a WIS (Walk-in-Support) to address rider problems that cannot be solved online.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor running/passed in any field
- In-depth knowledge of the city
- Basic computer skills including MS-Office /G-suite
- Good communication skills.
- Should have a two -wheeler license (If not, candidate shall acquire within 2 months of selection)
- At least one year of working experience
