Desired Qualification & experience

Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager:

• Must have minimally completed Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university.
• Should have a 3-year experience in Insurance Marketing
• Should have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people
• Ability to plan, develop, organize and execute marketing strategies and programs

Jr. Officer, Officer, Sr. Officer:

• Must have minimally completed Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should have a 1-year experience for Officer and Jr. Officer and 2- year experience for Sr. Officer in Insurance Marketing

Jr. Assistant, Assistant and Sr. Assistant

• Must have minimally completed +2 or equivalent
• Should have a 1-year experience in Insurance Marketing for Sr. Assistant and Assistant.

Other abilities and preferences

The candidates should have the ability to work efficiently as per the company rules, good knowledge in using computers, e-mail and internet and Preference will be given to those with Marketing and Underwriting knowledge of insurance.
